CICLO is a mobile app for wellness and routine organization built with a local-first approach. The app works without an account and stores your personal routine information only on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains what information CICLO handles, where it is stored, what optional information you may choose to send, and what control you have over your data.

1) Scope

This Policy applies to the CICLO: Habit tracker mobile app and this informational webpage. CICLO may be available for download in multiple countries.

2) Information we handle. What we do not require

To use the app, CICLO does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other direct identifiers.

CICLO does not sell your data, does not build advertising profiles, does not use your data for personalized advertising, and does not perform cross-app or cross-website tracking.

Information stored locally on your device

CICLO stores the information needed for the app to function locally on your device. This may include:

– Routines, schedules, and reminders.
– In-app activity logs, such as completed, snoozed, missed, or omitted actions according to the app’s rules.
– Inventory or quantities related to your routines, if you use inventory features.
– App preferences and settings.
– Local adherence or progress metrics generated by the app.

Important: names you choose for routines, products, or medications may include sensitive information, such as medication names, supplement names, health conditions, or personal wellness goals. CICLO does not use that information to identify you and does not send those names to developer-operated servers as part of the app’s normal operation.

Optional anonymous usage summary

CICLO includes an optional feature that lets you send an anonymous usage summary from the app’s Privacy settings. This feature is designed to help us understand how the app is used and prioritize improvements.

Sending this summary is optional. It only happens when you choose to send it from the app.

The anonymous usage summary may include aggregated counters and basic technical context, such as:

– App opens.
– Screen views.
– Product, routine, and reminder creation counts.
– Intake logging counts.
– Snooze usage counts.
– Inventory and history view counts.
– Notification permission status.
– Active days and sessions.
– App version.
– Platform, such as iOS or Android.
– Operating system version.
– App language.
– Basic diagnostic counters, such as local error counters.

The anonymous usage summary does not include:

– Medication names.
– Product names.
– Routine names.
– Notes.
– Doses.
– Exact schedules.
– Health conditions.
– Symptoms.
– Your name.
– Your email address.
– Advertising identifiers.
– Persistent device identifiers.

The summary is intended to contain aggregated counters only and is not intended to identify you.

3) Where your data is stored

CICLO stores your personal routine data on your device only, for example in an internal local database.

We do not upload your routines, medication or product names, notes, doses, exact schedules, logs, or inventory details to developer-operated servers as part of the app’s normal operation.

System backups (iCloud / Google Backup)

If you have system backups enabled (such as iCloud on iOS or Android backups), your device may include CICLO data in those backups.
These backups are managed by the operating system provider and by you, not by CICLO. You can control them in your device settings.

4) Notifications

CICLO uses local notifications to show reminders on your device.
You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your system settings and/or in the app settings.

5) Analytics, advertising and third parties

CICLO does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not use your data for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.

CICLO may let you optionally send an anonymous usage summary from the app’s Privacy settings. This summary is sent to a Google Forms / Google Sheets endpoint controlled by CICLO and is used only for product analytics, diagnostics, and app improvement.

We use Google Forms / Google Sheets as a service provider to receive and organize these voluntary summaries.

The anonymous usage summary includes aggregated counters about app interactions and basic technical context. It does not include medication names, product names, routine names, notes, doses, exact schedules, email address, name, advertising identifiers, or persistent device identifiers.

We do not sell this information and do not use it for advertising or tracking.

6) International availability

CICLO may be downloaded globally.

Your personal routine data is stored locally on your device.

If you choose to send an anonymous usage summary, that summary may be processed by Google Forms and Google Sheets infrastructure and may be transferred to or stored outside your country or region. The summary contains aggregated counters and basic technical context only and is not intended to identify you.

System backups, such as iCloud or Android backups, are managed by your operating system provider and by you, not by CICLO.

7) Data retention and deletion

Local app data

CICLO keeps your local app information for as long as it exists on your device.

You can delete local app information by:

– Deleting routines, logs, or related information within the app, where available.
– Uninstalling CICLO, which typically removes associated local app data.
– Managing or deleting system backups through your device or operating system provider settings.

If your device maintains backups, those backups may retain information until overwritten or deleted according to your backup settings.

Anonymous usage summaries

If you choose to send an anonymous usage summary, CICLO may retain that summary for product analytics, diagnostics, and app improvement.

Because the summary is designed not to include direct personal identifiers, we may not be able to locate a specific submission unless you provide the submission ID included in the submitted payload or otherwise give us enough information to identify the relevant row.

8) Your rights and control

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to access, correction, or deletion. Because CICLO stores information locally and not on our servers, the primary way to exercise control is through the app and your device. You control whether to send anonymous usage summaries. Sending a summary is optional and must be initiated by you from the app’s Privacy settings.

If you have privacy questions or requests, contact us at: hvmano.corp@gmail.com

9) Children´s privacy

CICLO is not directed to children without supervision. We do not seek to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us at hvmano.corp@gmail.com.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy to reflect product changes, such as new features, sync, accounts, backend services, analytics, diagnostics, integrations, or changes in app store requirements. When we update this Policy, we will publish the current version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
